2012 marks the Diamond Jubilee of The Queens 60 years on the throne and the Jubilee Time Capsule will tell the real story of life in the Commonwealth since 1952.
As a unique digital social archive, the Jubilee Time Capsule is capturing stories from people across the Commonwealth of Nations about life during the reign of The Queen. These are stories from across the world’s greatest family of nations. They feature global events, history, sport, politics, the environment and the family happenings of those who report them. Many first-hand accounts of historic happenings are already included.
We want to hear stories about each and every one of the days since The Queen ascended the throne and became Head of the Commonwealth. No story or topic is unimportant.
Now available on your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, this official application from the Royal Commonwealth Society allows you to contribute to and discover the great content that has already been added by people from across the Commonwealth. All fifty-four nations from the Commonwealth will be included and there are messages from people in all walks of life, including sportsmen and women, celebrities and people like you.
